TO QUESTION OF EXPLORING FACTORS, WHICH AFFECT EFFICIENCY OF ARMED STRIKE ON ENEMY

ABSTRACT

The article presents a refined set of factors that significantly affect the process of armed strike on enemy, and also validated general approach to determining the values of indicators of these factors based on the analysis and synthesis of existing indicators of standarts (norms) in the guidance and methodological documents of the relationship between the noted factors and structuring through the appropriate normalized coefficients, which will allow to adequately take into account the influence of the necessary combination of factors at different levels (stages of detailed research).
