REVIEW PROCESS
All articles are subject to double "closed" peer review by industry experts and / or members of the editorial board, which is anonymous to reviewers and authors. The decision on the selection of the reviewer is made by the editorial board of the Вісник (не розумію значення слова). Reviewing of a scientific article is carried out within 4 weeks.
Reviewers review the article for such questions:
1. The originality of the article
2. The relevance of the content and title of the article
3. Structure and distribution of presentation of the main material
4. Selection of literature and sources
5. Method of using literature and sources
6. Realization of the goal of the article
7. Correctness and validity of conclusions
8. The linguistic style of the article
Based on the results of the review, recommendations are made for the publication of the scientific article: the article can be published in its existing form; the article may be published after minor corrections (justified); the article can be published after major changes; the article cannot be published (justified).

This journal practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, upholding the principles of free distribution of scientific information and global knowledge sharing for overall public progress.
ARCHIVE
This journal uses the LOCKSS system to distribute archived storage of published content in numerous libraries and information centers. LOCKSS member libraries guarantee long-term storage of comprehensive log archives and automatic restoration of corrupted information.
