ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT SAMPLES

Abstract

    The article considers modern approaches to the organization, management and implementation of the processes of maintenance and repair of military equipment samples in the maintenance and repair system (MOI) in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and also substantiates the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the MRO system for armored equipment samples, taking into account the operating time and the period of time that military equipment samples have been in operation. The indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the MRO system for military equipment samples are determined. and an approach to their implementation in the maintenance and repair system of such samples is proposed. The proposed approach to assessing the effectiveness of the MRO system covers the main processes of maintenance and repair of military equipment samples. Substantiated partial performance indicators allow for a more qualitative assessment of the processes occurring in the MRO system and focus attention on the most important external and internal problematic aspects of the processes of maintenance and repair of vehicle samples in certain conditions of their operation and are consistent with possible modern methods of MRO. The work determines that with an increase in the operating time and the period of service of military equipment samples in operation, not only the number of failures in systems, units and assemblies increases, but also the labor costs of repair unit specialists, and accordingly the time to eliminate these failures. Therefore, the work proposes a quantitative measure of assessing the effectiveness of the MRO system for military equipment samples, the technical utilization coefficient, which takes into account partial indicators of time costs for samples to be in working condition, total downtime due to unscheduled repairs and total downtime for maintenance. This approach allows, by optimizing the time costs for servicing military equipment samples, to increase the effectiveness of the MRO system.
