Abstract
The article considers modern approaches to the management and organization of technical maintenance and repair of equipment (MOI), as well as criteria for choosing a MRO method in accordance with the characteristics of the equipment. Key performance indicators have been developed for implementation in the system of technical maintenance and repair of equipment. The proposed system of key performance indicators of MRO covers external and internal processes of repair and maintenance of technological equipment. The proposed performance indicators allow a more clear picture of the processes occurring in the MRO system and focus attention on the most important external and internal issues and are consistent with possible modern methods of MRO. These approaches make it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the existing MRO system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by improving the existing planned and preventive MRO system of automotive and armored vehicles (AT and BTT) based on the development and implementation of methods for increasing key performance indicators of technical maintenance of AT and BTT samples. When planning and carrying out maintenance and repair work, in accordance with the selected modern methods of carrying out a set of measures, a system of measuring the efficiency of the processes taking place is necessary, which allows for the further development of a technical and economic policy. The development of this system of indicators should allow focusing the attention of commanders (chiefs) on the most important issues of processes in the maintenance and repair system. The need to introduce a classification of existing equipment for further consideration and implementation of various strategies for carrying out effective measures provided for in the maintenance and repair system.
Keywords: automotive equipment, efficiency indicators, maintenance and repair system, criterion, maintenance and repair methods, methodology.
